Yes. Helix is completely free with no subscriptions, ads, or paywalls. All features are available from day one.
Absolutely. You can create custom exercises and assign them to specific muscle groups. They'll appear alongside the built-in library.
The rest timer auto-starts after you log a set (90 seconds by default). It shows as a floating overlay so you can keep browsing your workout. You can adjust the duration or dismiss it anytime.
Yes. You can create custom workout plans with any exercises from the library, set suggested reps and sets for each, and reorder them however you like.
Helix is currently iOS only. An Android version is not planned at this time, but stay tuned for updates.
